Rusty Tugman

Rusty Tugman is a pioneering coach, in-demand leadership trainer, and nationally known speaker. As the Leadership Trainer & Workplace Coach for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Rusty created and manages the first-of-its-kind internal coaching program in the history of Oklahoma state government. Serving over 6,000 employees, he trains and coaches the supervisors, managers, and executives of Oklahoma's largest state agency.
